Workshop in Würzburg
Information about our shop fabrication in Würzburg
| In order to effectively process development contracts from the areas of research and industry, Babcock Noell GmbH has invested in an assembly and trials workshop for magnet technology, nuclear technology and environmental technology.
Using 4 bridge cranes over an area of 2.200 m², the components developed by the engineers can be assembled and tested. In doing so, parts weighing up to 16 t can be lifted and moved using the on-site equipment.
In a special room measuring 200 m² it is possible to produce prototypes, especially superconductor prototypes for magnet technology, under virtually clean room conditions. This is realised by means of 4 filter-fan modules and the respective high-performance suspended matter filters.
The workshop is located in Würzburg in the immediate vicinity of the planning engineers and technicians so as to guarantee an efficient backflow of experience.
